Mrs. Lisa Landry's small business, Seize The Day Tours, gathered twenty-five high school students to travel to Southern California for a view of a variety of colleges (UC San Diego, San Diego State, UC Irvine, UCLA, Cal Arts, UC Santa Barbara, Cal Poly, SLO, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Berkeley). The trip was held over Spring Break. The trip was open to all high school students in the Sacramento area, and was designed to give students a feel of what it is like to be a college student. This included talking to admissions officers, viewing the campus, and even eating lunch on campus. Click on a photo below to enlarge.
