The One Voice production was only one part of a greater project. One Voice was meant to bring together two different cultures and let them be heard as one. When eight Turkish students came to California and brought their cultural traditions, an indescribable experience happened to all who took part. The show ran for two weeks, from April 24th to May 1st. Directed by Mrs. Pollard, One Voice was a mixture of dance, acting, singing, digital arts, sand art, and music, with each part originally written by students and teachers. Lives were changed as many realized that if we work together in peace, each individual combines to be a part of something greater, something united--we become One Voice.
